Our aim is to breed well-balanced, healthy and confident miniature dachshunds, who are adorable, spoilt rotten and playful. We also have a number of gorgeous spaniels and cockapoos. We live in the rural countryside of Somerset, which is the perfect location to start a dog’s life. Born in the English countryside, Justin’s early experiences with animals on his family’s farm sparked a lifelong dedication to animal care. Continued education with Animal Science and Genetics, he established Country Style Dachshunds in 2018 aiming to breed Dachshunds with excellent health, temperament, and conformation.
Under Justin’s leadership, Country Style Dachshunds has become a premier breeding establishment. His meticulous approach, including thorough health testing and responsible breeding practices, ensures that each puppy is well-socialised and prepared for their new homes. His collaboration with veterinarians and geneticists keeps him at the forefront of breeding advancements, earning country style Dachshunds awards and accolades for their work.
In addition to his professional achievements, Justin is an extreme sportsman. He has competed in Ironman triathlons, a 600km husky race in the Arctic, and a 100-mile bike race over Exmoor. He is a certified dive master, an accomplished bodybuilder, and a practitioner of the Wim Hof Method, incorporating ice baths into his daily routine.

As a Tropic skincare ambassador and a devoted yoga enthusiast, Sue empowers women to find strength and confidence in their own skin. Her dedication to cold water immersion, highlighted by her participation in Wim Hof expeditions, has profoundly influenced her mental and physical health.
